Gemini Haus provides web design, development, branding, and digital marketing services as described on our pricing page. All projects begin after a signed agreement and initial payment.
We accept payment via Stripe, Wise, or bank transfer. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of all code, design assets, and content created for your project. This includes source files, hosting credentials, and domain access. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Revision rounds are included as specified in your package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at the applicable rate. The Starter package includes 2 revisions. Growth and Full Stack packages include unlimited revisions during the build phase.
Timelines begin after we receive your initial payment and all required content (text, images, logos). Delays in providing content may extend the timeline. We will communicate any changes to the expected delivery date.
Websites are deployed on Cloudflare Pages at no ongoing hosting cost to you. Domain renewal (~$10/year) is your responsibility after the first year. We can manage this on your behalf if requested.
Gemini Haus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate before completion, payment for work already completed is non-refundable. If we terminate, we will refund any payment for undelivered work.
